Vanita Headquarter
Vanita’s headquarters occupy a total area of approximately 20,000 m² where we are renovating a factory once used for the production of household appliances.
Renovation began in May 2019 and the result is already a splendid new look: its 10,500 m² of covered area ensure effective organisation of the company’s production processes and services.
In the renovated office building of 750 m² a strong, well-knit team of young, forward-looking people work to guarantee the company’s constant growth, motivated and trained to react to the sudden market changes that have been a feature of the past ten years.

Logistics & warehouse
The warehouse is an exclusive logistics structure that can store up to 60,000 pieces of shower enclosures and guarantee accurate, strategic service for its loyal clientele. In the warehouse goods are handled swiftly by workers driving electric forklifts; this optimises rapid despatch preparation time.
This area is equipped with special shelving made to measure for storing shower enclosures and is designed to facilitate company operations.
Shelves with a height of 7.5 metres enlarge the space available. The incoming/outgoing area houses a drive-in warehouse where fast-moving
shower enclosures are stored in a precisely designated space; this makes it possible to optimise storage and loading/unloading operations, which take place in the dispatch area so that we can provide prompt, effective service.

Culture & Territory
The Vanita Docce facilities of Sernaglia della Battaglia (TV) are located in a territory rich in history, tradition and natural beauty: they stand in the green hills of Prosecco DOCG wine, from Conegliano toValdobbiadene, recently acknowledged as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and along the banks of the river Piave, sacred to the country because of the decisive First World War battle fought there.
Traditions, history, art, architecture, design and local business acumen have influenced the idea from which the Vanita Docce project arose.
The city of Treviso is 35 km away and it takes 70 to reach the city of Venice.
