Griffe embodies Vanita Docce’s new vision for freely installed glass panels in shower areas.
Walk-in screens are an absolute must-have in the world of showers today. They present a solution that’s proving increasingly popular in the market thanks not only to its versatility and ease of use, but also to the minimal upkeep required, especially when it comes to everyday cleaning of the glass.

The introduction of glass walk-in shower screens has revolutionized the traditional shower cubicle concept, giving architects and designers the freedom to show their creativity in shower area shapes, without having to worry too much about barriers to keep the water in. However, this freedom can lead to an excessively minimalist approach, resulting in nondescript bathrooms with few distinctive qualities. These shower solutions have now been compellingly reimagined by Griffe, with an exquisite aluminium frame around the glass panel to add a refined touch. An arm with the same finish as the outline supports the enclosure without compromising the lightness of the lines.
The gorgeous frame running around the outside of the glass is a distinguishing feature that brings out the best of the forms of the shower enclosure: the sophisticated style of the slender but striking trim transforms not only the shower but the entire bathroom, elevating it in the eyes of anyone who’s lucky enough to get a chance to admire it. It’s all made even more appealing by the new profile colours in the updated Vanita Docce collection: choose between brushed gold, brushed aluminium, matt black, grey mud and the classic Brill finish.
Nicely matching the overall design of the range, the compact profile for connecting two glass panels is also worth noting, as is the tasteful “HILLS” finish: the vertical ribbed pattern in the fine detailing on the outer surface of the glass provides privacy in the shower by elegantly obscuring the view. A key part is also played by the anti-limescale treatment that’s already applied to the 8 mm tempered glass in Griffe shower screens, which are 200 cm tall.
